Privacy Policy

Playpot is operated by One Happy Day Inc. Contact: hello@playpot.app.

• Account info: email address and any profile name you provide when signing up with Google, Apple, or email.
• Device + usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events (screens viewed, offers opened, cashouts requested).
• Reward activity: coin balance, offer completions, spin outcomes, referral links, and payout history.
• Advertising identifiers: on iOS with your permission, the IDFA. On Android, the advertising ID. These let advertisers credit your offer completions.

We do not collect payment cards. Cashouts go out through PayPal, Venmo, or Amazon gift cards using only the handle or email you give us at payout time.

• Run your account, credit rewards, and process cashouts.
• Detect fraud, bots, duplicate accounts, and policy violations so real users get paid reliably.
• Improve the app through aggregated analytics (which screens get used, which offers convert).
• Send account-critical notifications (cashout status, security alerts). Marketing emails are opt-in.

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications.
• OGAds and partner ad networks: we pass a hashed user ID so advertisers can credit offer completions. We do not share your email or name with ad networks.
• Google AdMob: for rewarded video ads inside the app.
• Payout processors: PayPal, Venmo, and Tremendous (for gift cards) receive only the handle or email you provide at payout time.
• Legal requests: if required by valid subpoena or court order, narrowly scoped.

We do not sell personal data.

• Access and portability: email hello@playpot.app to request a copy of your data.
• Delete your account: Profile, Delete Account inside the app. This removes your user record, activity history, and payout history. Pending payouts must be processed or canceled first.
• Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or set push preferences in the app.
• Tracking consent (iOS): control App Tracking Transparency from iOS Settings, Playpot.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Authentication and data storage run on Firebase, which encrypts data at rest. Payout approvals are human-reviewed, never automated.

Playpot is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 17. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@playpot.app and we will delete the account.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the Last updated date at the top and, for major changes, show a notice in the app or email active users.
