Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States. Offer availability and payout methods vary by state.
• One account per person and per device. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without payout.

Playpot is a rewards platform. Completing sponsored offers, watching rewarded videos, or using in-app features may credit coins to your balance. Coins have no cash value until you request a cashout and it clears our review.

• Minimum cashout: $20 worth of coins.
• Welcome bonus: $5 in coins on first sign-in, for eligible new accounts.
• Payout methods: PayPal, Venmo, Amazon gift cards.
• Processing: cashout requests are human-reviewed and typically sent within 24 to 48 hours.

We want to pay real users fast. We cannot do that if fraudulent traffic floods the system. The following will get your account paused or permanently banned, with pending rewards forfeited:

• Bots, emulators, click farms, or automation of any kind.
• VPNs, proxies, or spoofing your location, device, or identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or device.
• Completing offers with false information, disposable emails, or stolen data.
• Reversing, canceling, or chargebacks on an offer after it has been credited.
• Abusing referral links, for example, referring yourself or inactive accounts.

Offers come from third-party advertisers. The advertiser, not Playpot, sets the conversion rules (what counts as a completion), the tracking window, and any follow-up like free trials that convert to paid subscriptions. We credit coins only after the advertiser confirms the conversion.

We are not responsible for what happens on the advertiser side (signup flows, charges, product quality). If something goes wrong with an offer, email us and we will help where we can.

• Every payout is manually reviewed. Unusual activity can delay or block a payout.
• Payouts use the exact handle or email you provide. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong destination you entered.
• Gift cards, where applicable, are issued as digital codes. Once delivered, they are final and non-refundable.
• Unused balances on inactive accounts (no sign-in for 12 months) may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, Delete Account. Doing so removes your data and cancels pending payouts that have not yet been sent.

We may change, add, or remove features, offers, or reward rates at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect your existing coin balance or payout terms.

Playpot is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any specific offer will pay, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that you will earn any particular amount. Earnings estimates are illustrative, not promises.

To the extent allowed by law, One Happy Day Inc's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Playpot is limited to the greater of (a) the total coin balance credited to your account in the 30 days before the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
